If you aren’t satisfied for any reason send it back for a full product refund, no questions asked. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Products purchased from any other retailer or website (Amazon, Nordstrom, etc.) must be returned to the original seller.

You can wash and dry your Nodpod on a normal setting. We recommend washing it before the first use and with a full load for the longevity of the product.

We proudly stand behind our products and If you are not in love with your nodpod, no problem. Items purchased directly from our website are returnable within 30 days from purchase. Contact hello@nodpod.com with photo proof and our team will process the warranty claim for you.
