To avoid stress on the seams, it is important to wash your Nodpod BODY with other soft items, like sheets. Ideally machine wash cold on a delicate cycle inside a garment bag.

You do not need a full size weighted blanket in order to received the benefits of Deep Touch Pressure. Nodpod BODY's design offers concentrated weight to hug the areas that need it most.
