Shipping is $5 on all order within the USA. If shipping outside USA shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Most orders ship within 1-5 business days.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Average shipping times:

Within the US: less than 3-7 business days

US to Canada: 5-10 business days

US to All other Countries: 5-14 business days

The above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and respective international customs. NODPOD is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, please email us at hello@nodpod.com.

What happens if my order is damaged or missing product?

If your order arrives and has been damaged during shipping or is missing product please email hello@nodpod.com immediately. Orders that are damaged or missing product must be reported to Nodpod within 5 business days of delivery date.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Please email us at hello@nodpod.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery.

US ORDERS

$5 Flat rate orders ship via USPS with expedited options at checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?

As an e-commerce company based in the US, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to certain states. This list may vary over time. Any applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.

Do you cover duties and taxes for international orders?

We offer shipping for all international shipments but do not cover duties or taxes. The amount is determined by your country’s Customs department based on the country of origin of the items being purchased and classification of these items. International taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) are set by the destination country.

Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through NODPOD. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
